Law Society of Ireland CPD Courses Contract

This contract is entered into by and between the Law Society of Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “the Provider,” and the signatory, hereinafter referred to as “the Participant,” for the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions of participation in the Law Society of Ireland CPD Courses.

1. Definitions

In this contract, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

CPD Courses: Continuing Professional Development courses offered Law Society Ireland legal professionals purpose maintaining updating their knowledge skills accordance legal requirements.
